Unlike the stock air box or those other flow tubes that just cut the stock air box open, a complete cold air intake is the proper way to gain power without restriction. An intake needs to breathe while filtering out particulates. By removing the Donaldson air box, you are gaining better throttle response, faster turbo spool, and dyno proven power even without an ECU flash. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe Agency Power cold air intake has been engineered to be a direct replacement for the factory Can-Am X3 Turbo intake. Each part of the intake has been meticulously thought out to provide performance, longevity, and reliability. Starting from the top, the custom high flow Agency Power filter features a blue mesh design with AP logo end cap. This mesh is made up of synthetic nano-fibers. The dry filter does not need to be oiled as its media has sub-micron diameters and small inter-fiber spaces which result in more contaminants being captured. This features custom Frogzskin material that is implemented into the aluminum frame. There is no flow restrictions to keep your clutch and intake running cool! The Frogzskin mesh repels water, dirt, dust, etc. while still allowing air to flow freely. The Frogzskin Mesh is a woven polyester material and is HYDROPHOBIC, meaning it will repel water and splashes of water, but it is NOT waterproof. Eliminating the heavy and bulky Donaldson filter, the Agency Power intake then features an aluminum tube with fittings that attaches directly to your turbochargers compressor side with provided AP silicone coupler. On a car with a stock tune and just an exhaust, the intake made a bolt-on 2 horsepower. Making a simple 2 horsepower is tough to do on any of these UTV’s with bolt-on parts outside of the exhaust and ECU tune. More importantly is how the intake performed with the ECU tune. With the requested higher boost, the intake alone made a bolt on 8 horsepower compared to the stock intake. This is because of the much improved air flow over the stock box. Boost pressure is held more consistent as the turbo is no longer starved for air. Overall, the intake is a great product to add as your first upgrade or during your build to improve power. system.  The purpose of a BOV is not just to sound cool, but it is designed to release the pressure that is built up in the charge side of the system.  With nowhere to go, the pressure can cause turbulence to the impeller slowing the spool of the turbo down and causing premature wear.  By installing a blow off valve, you can improve boost response, prolong the life of the turbo, and of close a valve that changes the path of the exhaust gases.  By doing this, you can alter the sound and performance.  Most exhaust systems on the market give you the loud all the time or don’t integrate the unique styling that Can-Am has done with their stock exhaust tip.  It seems that other manufactures simply made an exhaust system that was just stuck on the vehicle without any design and in Arizona, USA.  After 3D modeling, prototypes, and a proven JIG was completed, the production of this exhaust was commenced to support all Can-Am Maverick X3 Turbo models.  It is manufactured from T304 stainless steel tubing that is precision TIG welded.  It features stainless steel mounting brackets and the spring retainer to use the factory or aftermarket catalytic converter pipe.  The unique AP tips are also constructed from 18 gauge, stainless steel that are bolted to the exhaust with an integrated spark arrestor system.  The dual tip design works with the factory plastic exhaust shielding.  A custom Magnaflow muffler was designed for this project to give a nice tone when the exhaust valve is closed.  Exhaust gases go through the resonator muffler and out of the left hand side tip.  When the valve is opened, exhaust gases bypass the muffler and exit straight through the right side exhaust tip.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eTo operate the valvetronic exhaust, a custom made plug and play switch by XTC Powersports is included.  This switch features color matching LEDs for the on and off position.  It is designed to be mounted on the center dash or the center console.  If you mount it up on the center dash by the start and stop button, the switch plugs into an existing port already available.  If you mount it on the center console, the CANBUS bar is located under this trim to easily tie in the power and ground.  The valve operates using vacuum pressure.  Each kit includes a vacuum block that is fitted to the stock intake manifold.  Here Giving the Can-Am X3 a perfect squat under hard braking allows you to control your vehicle better compared to an unbalanced nose dive. The Agency Power kit has been designed to use the stock master cylinder, stock brake lines, and still provide a much better pedal feel! Another added value of the caliper is the hard anodized aluminum pistons. These are extremely lightweight allowing them to move with ease to help with the clamping force on the rotor. Using both dust and weather seals, the brakes will not have issues from the harsh off-road elements compared to other products that only use pressure seals. With the focus on balance, getting the right friction for the front and rear was important for this setup. The front caliper uses a Hawk HP+ N-Compound while the rear uses a DR1-C ceramic brake pad. Once bed-in properly, the brakes will provide amazing performance without excess squeaking noise. The brake pads are a common shape which allows for ease to access replacement pads. An extremely important part of the big brake kit is the rotors.  We utilize a 2 piece cast iron brake rotor just like you would see on high performance car brakes.  Cast iron dissipates heat much better than steel like the factory style. Steel will hotspot and throw heat back into the caliper making fluid boil and cause pedal inconsistencies. Cast iron also has a higher coefficient of friction compared to the single thin stamped steel rotor. Each rotor is vented, slotted, and cross drilled. Because the rotors are also directional, while the rotor is spinning, it acts like a pump to cool the brake down. With the rotors larger diameter, this increases torque and leverage of the brake. Since brakes are essentially a heat sink, the better and more accurately we can dissipate heat, the better the brake will perform.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eThe Agency Power Big Brake Kit is sold as a 4 wheel brake system only. It is designed to be used on 15 inch wheels. We have tested the fitment of the brakes with common wheels such as Method Race Wheels in both a 0mm and 13mm offset as well as Fuel Wheels 38mm offset. is ill equipped to handle this increase.  One option is to replace this valve with an aftermarket diverter valve like Agency Power also offers.  But for those that want to hear the whoooosh sound, there is this adjustable vent to atmosphere blow off valve!  The purpose of a BOV is not just to sound cool, but it is designed to release the pressure that is built up in the charge side of the system.  The factory diverter valve system dumps this pressure back down into the intake pipe.  This can cause turbulence to the impeller, slowing the spool of the turbo down and causing premature
