The chin bar is crafted from expanded polypropylene (EPP), offering superior damage resistance and energy absorption. The clavicle shell relief zone helps reduce clavicle injuries by creating a soft zone filled with EPS and EPP, and the custom-molded rubber trim with an integrated nose guard adds further protection.
The helmet weighs approximately 2.9 pounds (size MD/LG) and includes a comfort liner and quick-release cheek pads made from washable, moisture-wicking, antimicrobial material. True Functional Ventilation (TFV) ensures optimal airflow during motion, with multiple intake and exhaust vents passing through aligned channels within the EPS to keep the rider cool and comfortable. An included soft fleece helmet bag makes storage easy, and an optional cold weather breath guard is available for additional protection.
